Ascure Staff Event January 2008
Team-building and personal contact are important values in which Ascure strongly believes, therefore we frequently organize staff events, being a dinner at a restaurant, cooking event, cocktails shaking, 20 KM of Brussels, street carting, barbeque, new-years event, short-ski, etc. In January of this year we organized a 2 day staff event in Bruges.
This 2 day event started with a general presentation on Ascure as a company, and the plans for 2008 and beyond. Secondly, we organized an intesive workshop in analyzing the SWOT of Ascure. This excercise was done by small groups of Ascure employees, since we want every employee to be actively involved in defining the mission, vision, strategy and organization of Ascure.
In the evening we went for dinner in a relaxing lounge restaurant and we explored the nightlife of Bruges. After a healthy and strong breakfast, the next morning we had a guided walk through Bruges, following the Peter Aspe trail, enjoying the sun and the fresh air.
