When a training or seminar is being organized by a partner of Ascure Academy or an Ascure partner, the terms and conditions of that partner will apply to the registration of the training, seminar or workshop.

The Ascure Academy reserves the right to change the training and seminar program if, despite its best efforts, circumstances make this necessary.

The person registering for a training or seminar agrees to be bound by the Ascure Academy terms and conditions.

All prices are VAT excluded. Lunch, coffee and course materials are included in the training fee.

The net price plus the taxes will be paid by the customer within eight days after receiving the invoice and before the start of the training or seminar.

After receipt of the registration we will send you a confirmation, practical information and a plan of the location of Ascure Academy. Your registration will be definitive as soon as confirmed by Ascure Academy.

However, you are still entitled to cancel your registration or to reschedule at no cost on condition that your cancellation or rescheduling demand is communicated at least ten working days prior to the scheduled start date of the training or seminar. If your cancellation or rescheduling demand is being communicated less than ten working days prior to the scheduled start date of the training or seminar, the Ascure Academy will be entitled to invoice, and you agree to pay fifty percent (50%) of the training fee.

If you are unable to attend the course, but one of your colleagues is, he can replace you.

The courses take place from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. In the morning and in the afternoon there is a coffee break.
