Help Ascure customers in the creation and implementation of business continuity plans.
Your Challenge:
- Be leading, assisting and/or facilitating various customers in the development of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Emergency Plans;
- Design, develop, implement, test and maintain BCP and DRP programs using an established BCP methodology;
- Define and implement the necessary business continuity planning and documentation tools;
- Conduct training and exercising;
- Transfer knowledge to customers to help them better understand the risks and protect them against disasters;

Be involved as Application Security Specialist in the design, technical evaluation and/or testing of application security technologies for Ascure's customers.
Your Challenge:
- Help our customers to understand the risks they should take into account, you will translate their requirements into leading edge state-of-the-art flexible and highly resistant architectures with the controls in place they need;
- Will work with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate application security methods and technologies into applications, and to perform security reviews and develop application security strategies for application development;
- Provide technical project leadership for enterprise application security initiatives and security review and assessment of new and existing applications;
- Design and integrate application security into applications;
- Develop application security strategies;
- Define and document application security processes and procedures;
- Participate in internal workgroups to share your experiences and knowledge and learn from colleagues;
- Keep yourself up-to-date on evolutions in general ICT (Security) and Information Security;
- Solid understanding of application security solutions and methodologies, industry best practices and generally accepted information security principles;

Your Challenge:
- Be involved in the design, review, or follow-up of complex and critical identity and access control management architectures;
- Help our customers to understand the risks they will assume by translating their requirements into leading edge state-of-the-art flexible and highly resistant architectures with the controls in place they need: knowing at all times who does what and where;
- Understand how to integrate identity and access control management into network-, system- and application-architectures;
- Understand how to integrate identity and access control management into web-application, web-services and EAI-architectures;
- Understand how to integrate PKI-technologies (encryption, signing) successfully into such architectures;
- Understand the ways to realize a successful identity management and provisioning architecture. Possibly work with delegation and/or federation models;
- Understand the difference between interactive access control management and transactional access control management;
- Be able to work out stringent processes and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of such environments;

Microsoft Security Specialists

Your responsibilities are dual fold
- On the one hand you will work as a consultant for Ascure customers on short and long term engagements. You will help them setting up a secure Microsoft environment. Your tasks can be: show the customer the risks he currently faces, advise the the customer in the decision making process, work out a high quality design, supervise the implementation or do the implementation yourself. When applicable, these tasks can be combined with project management as well.
- On the other hand you will be involved in the growth of Ascure. Mainly you will help uplifting the average knowledge level, look for new opportunities and become a valuable team member.
Experience
We are looking for someone who is able to make a solid and secure design for Microsoft solutions. As you need to combine Microsoft product expertise and security, you should have at least 3 years of experience in designing and/or implementing Microsoft based architectures.
Technical Knowledge
- The design and architecture of Active Directory is crucial in a Microsoft based IT infrastructure, therefore a profound knowledge of AD (domains, authentication and authorization methods, GPO’s, protocols, etc) is a sine qua non.
- WSUS, MOM, SMS are much more than simple abbreviations to you.
- Good knowledge of several Microsoft security solutions like ISA Server, Microsoft PKI, Sybari Anti-virus, etc will make you multidisciplinary for us.
- Since Ascure is a product independent company, knowledge of other security products is certainly a plus.
- Certification such as MCSE, MCSE Security, CISSP and GIAC is a plus.
